Heather's new 1966 Mustang
289, AT, A/C, Power Steering, Remote Mirror, Gauges etc..
I was able to do this thanks to my good friends Eric and Deb Keller. The car
has been Deb's baby for many years and in her family for 25 years! She hated
to let go of it, but knew it would be well taken care of, and looked after.
And she reserves the right to look under the hood from time to time!
Here are a few shots of it when I picked it up in Olympia, two weeks ago...
Stage two:
Got it to my friends house, and started cleaning, buffing and
polishing her back to life after a period of 3 years in storage...
Stage three: The gift!
Here it is! And some shots shortly after...  she was speechless!
New items include: New wheels and tires, New door panels, new mirrors, New outer door handles, New tail lights and bezels, New KYB shocks all the way around... Remember, I've only been working on the car for 3 weeks at this point!

Items yet to upgrade: Rear springs, brakes (eventually power disc brakes), trunk,
window and door seals, Rebuild the front end, an alignment!, New exhaust system with
Tri-Y Headers, replace the A/C Compressor and get that working, Some interior and exterior trim, Stereo, kickpanels with speakers, Kenwood CD changer, Center Console,
GT front fog lights, GT stripes (after all the body and paint are redone over the next few years!) And I'm sure there will be an extended list as time goes by...

Stay tuned.... more to come, as always... with all the cars etc...
